About the role
You own the operational and financial performance of our in-house sales Account Executives. You define and implement a world-class AI-first Sales workflow together with Sales leadership and our Sales Enablement team, and you own the execution of our Sales Scale case, projected to yield 1bn€ of company topline over the next 3 years.
What you'll do
- Own the operational and financial performance of our in-house sales Account Executives
- Define and implement a world-class AI-first Sales workflow, incl. tooling, together with Sales leadership and our Sales Enablement team
- Decide which markets and supplier segments your channel will double-down on
- Develop a robust funnel management, used both by upstream (lead gen) and downstream processes (forecasting + performance management)
- Own the execution of our Sales Scale case, projected to yield 1bn€ of company topline over the next 3 years
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in Operations and Strategy
- Knowledge of how to build and steer a world-class Sales organization
- Analytical with ability to break down complex problems into clear and actionable milestones
- Excel at managing large data sets using tools such as Excel, Looker, Power BI
- Proactively deal with high ambiguity and don't need to be told what to do and how to do it
