About the role
Lead UX Research for the Supplier product area, including 5+ vertical teams. Drive foundational research that shapes the overall Supplier vision and strategy, and develop relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across UX, Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Strategy, and Marketing.
What you'll do
- Lead UX Research for the Supplier product area, including 5+ vertical teams.
- Drive foundational research that shapes the overall Supplier vision and strategy.
- Develop relationships, strategize, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leads across UX, Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Strategy, and Marketing to problem-solve and examine user experiences, customer journeys, user needs, and jobs to be done, end-to-end.
- Consult UX and product teams to execute their own tactical research.
- Uphold a high standard of quality research, employing a wide range of methods along a cyclical process from initial stakeholder engagement and prioritization to insight activation.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of leading research in an applied setting.
- 3+ years of recent experience owning and driving independent in-house product research.
- Track record as a researcher responsible for at least 2 verticals with high complexity and ambiguity, resulting in measurable impact.
- Previous experience in the B2B product space.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience communicating with multiple levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Nice to have
- International research experience.
- Experience partnering with data analysts, strategy, or operations.
- Deep understanding of a more specific method or domain.
