About the role

As Senior Team Lead – Supplier Success, you'll be the driving force behind the growth and retention of our global supplier base. You'll own and evolve our Account Management strategy and enable the local teams with the right tools, processes, and incentives to create impactful, lasting supplier partnerships. You will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of (senior) business operations & strategy managers, and champion collaboration across Sales Operations, Analytics, Supplier Marketing, Product, and other critical functions.

What you'll do

  • Set and steer the revenue operations strategy for supplier growth and retention, translating business priorities into actionable operational plans and frameworks to empower our suppliers to achieve their full potential.
  • Architect and continuously evolve the systems, frameworks, tools and workflows that enable Account Managers to deliver outstanding commercial results—including incentive structures, goal-setting, skills development, collateral, and playbooks.
  • Maintain oversight of the operational processes and outcomes critical to supplier success - from availability, price, commission, listing quality, retention - ensuring consistent execution and best-in-class operational standards.
  • Build and own robust performance management frameworks and analysis, leveraging data and dashboards to monitor outcomes, track KPIs, drive accountability, and surface actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Serve as the senior business partner for regional managers/directors—delivering insights, dashboards, tools, and strategic support that maximize commercial results within their markets.
  • Collaborate closely with Analytics, Supplier Marketing, Product, and other partners to drive alignment and unlock new growth opportunities of the Supplier Success strategy.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of 5+ (Senior) Business Operations & Strategy Managers. Set clear direction, provide coaching, and foster a results-oriented, collaborative team culture.

What you'll need

  • 7+ years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or a related field—preferably in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment
  • Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing (senior) teams of 4+ individuals
  • Expertise in operational process design, performance/incentive frameworks, and commercial enablement for large-scale Account Management organizations
  • Highly analytical, comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and turning data into insights and actions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence at all organizational levels
  • Excellent communication skills; able to shape strategy, provide clarity, and create engagement across global and regional teams
  • Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and driven to exceed ambitious goals
