Senior Product Manager, B2B

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a cross-functional team and shape the strategy for the Supplier Portal product area end-to-end. We're looking for a Senior PM who can hold the long-term vision while executing with clarity on what matters now — someone who advocates for suppliers, makes evidence-based decisions, and builds alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape.

What you'll do

• Set the vision and strategy for the Supplier Portal product area, translating it into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead our Contextual AI-Powered Help initiative end-to-end — from problem framing and technology decisions to adoption metrics and iteration.
• Drive decision quality and alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Supplier Experience teams — making trade-offs explicit and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Use data and customer insight to identify the highest-leverage opportunities, measure success and iterate based on outcomes.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a product area with genuine autonomy at a fast-paced tech company.
• Real AI fluency — you understand the current landscape of LLMs, agentic systems, and contextual help tools well enough to make build-vs-buy-vs-partner calls and bring emerging tech into your product thinking.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives, including collaboration with operations and supplier-facing teams.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to define success metrics, interpret data, and make evidence-based prioritization decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Experience with B2B product, marketplace platforms, or supplier/partner-facing tools.
