About the role
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive Lead to manage and develop a team of Account Executives focused on new supplier acquisition. You will own the new-supply growth engine in your region: setting a rigorous sales rhythm, coaching for excellence, and ensuring we consistently exceed acquisition and revenue targets.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Managers to consistently hit and exceed new supplier acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build a disciplined operating rhythm: weekly pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy checks, activity & conversion dashboards, call coaching, and deal strategy sessions.
- Drive sales process excellence across the funnel—scaling outreach tactics, pitch quality and storytelling, objection handling, pricing and terms negotiations, and deal cycle management.
- Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene and data integrity; leverage sales tools (e.g., Salesforce and sales enablement tools) for forecasting, capacity planning, and performance insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with Content, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance to remove roadblocks, accelerate onboarding, and scale repeatable playbooks.
What you'll need
- 5+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years leading high-velocity new business teams (e.g., SDR/AE or field acquisition), with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- Strong operational leadership: builds repeatable systems, improves KPIs across the funnel (activity, conversion, cycle time, forecast accuracy), and scales best practices.
- Exceptional coach and communicator: uplevels objection handling, negotiation, and executive storytelling; runs effective deal reviews and call coaching.
- Data-driven and process-oriented: comfortable with sales tools and software—including CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools—for forecasting and performance management.
- Skilled negotiator with a win-win mentality; comfortable creating constructive tension and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Native Thai (or another local APAC language) is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
- Travel industry, marketplace, or travel tech experience; an existing network in tourism is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience using AI for operational excellence in Sales (e.g., pipeline insights, coaching support, automation, forecasting improvements).
