- Lead, coach, and grow a talented Supply Marketing team spanning B2B Performance Marketing, Brand and Product Marketing - creating an environment where ambitious marketers do their best work
- Build the kind of cross-functional partnerships that move the needle, working hand-in-hand with Sales, Supply, and Product to win our most strategic attractions and suppliers

- Champion the supplier story at the highest level, reporting progress and strategic insights to our Executive team and influencing the direction of the business
What you'll need
- 7–10 years of progressive experience across Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, or Operations & Project Management - including a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts: equally comfortable shaping the long-term plan and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen
- Entrepreneurial, creative, and naturally curious - energized by ambiguity and motivated by the chance to build something that lasts
- Communicate with clarity and conviction, and align stakeholders from working teams up to the executive level
- Fluent in data and in storytelling - using both to drive decisions and inspire action
