About the role
Own and architect GetYourGuide's supplier-facing narrative—building the brand story, content engine, and market position that earns trust and preference from experience creators worldwide.
What you'll do
- Define, evolve, and broadcast a distinct, differentiated brand story that earns trust and preference from experience creators worldwide. Set and maintain the supplier-facing voice and messaging architecture.
- Hire, develop, and manage a growing team of content, brand, and communications professionals—providing mentorship, fostering talent, and enabling best-in-class execution.
- Create and operationalize a content program that delivers case studies, growth playbooks, segmentation-driven pitch decks, and influential thought leadership.
- Own the "big message" and theme development for conferences, summits, and high-profile events—setting the strategic vision and ensuring all programming and content reflects a unified story.
- Take full ownership of conceptualizing, producing, and distributing content for industry influencers and publications to tell impactful stories that attract suppliers.
- Direct the strategy and calendar for B2B/industry storytelling, including supply influencers and media, collaborating across the team and specialist agencies as needed.
- Personally identify, shape, and tell the stories behind the numbers—using data to uncover opportunities, inform market position, and generate influential content and campaigns.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand, B2B content, communications, or related fields, with a strong blend of strategy, execution, and thought leadership
- Experienced in hiring, managing, and coaching high-potential brand, content, or communications talent
- Skilled at seeing market opportunity and crafting clear, compelling B2B narratives that move audiences and shape perception
- Proven track record building and scaling impactful content programs—including industry publications and data-driven insights pieces
- Deep understanding of industry dynamics, with strong experience in trade shows/conferences, industry newsletters, and more
- Executive-level presence and confidence working with and influencing C-suite, high-profile stakeholders, and external agencies
- Inspirational communicator who excels at translating data and trends into compelling stories and strategic direction
