- Create an environment where talented people are engaged, supported, and growing, with high standards, healthy team dynamics, and strong ownership
- Bring high-impact AI systems to life in production at pace, balancing speed with sound judgement while keeping the bar high on quality, reliability, and customer trust
What you'll need
- Proven experience managing high-performing Data Science teams, helping people grow while delivering measurable impact
- A strong record of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields, including production ML systems in medium-to-large, fast-paced organisations
- Experience leading the design and delivery of customer-facing AI/LLM systems in production, ideally with experience in evaluations, guardrails, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
- Obsessed with understanding customer problems and able to be a true sparring partner to your Product Manager, co-owning problem framing and solution design
- Proven experience driving initiatives across multiple teams in large organisations and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to translate complex technical work for technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience on the supply (B2B) side of a marketplace, whether that's pricing, demand forecasting, catalog quality, or inventory optimisation
What they offer
- Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development
- Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year
- Hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration and two days of optional at home focus time
- Quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events
