About the role
As a Product Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional Product teams and drive their decision-making and product development with your analytical work.
What you'll do
- Develop a deep understanding of user behavior in the exciting field of fast grocery delivery and influence our Product roadmap to continually improve our user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders and translate their business needs into data requirements behind dashboards, deep-dive analyses and experiment set-ups
- Develop and evolve tracking concepts to ensure we collect accurate and reliable data
- Build and transform raw event stream data from various sources into our data warehouse, and therefore enable driving actionable insights and enriching user profiles
- Analyze post-order user journeys in close collaboration with Operations to optimize delivery experience touchpoints as well as improve satisfaction and retention
- Design, conduct and evaluate A/B tests and drive experimentation-led Product development
- Communicate findings clearly through impactful visualizations and concise storytelling tailored to stakeholders
What you'll need
- University degree in a quantitative field (STEM, Economics, Analytics, Data Science) or comparable qualification with strong statistics background
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role (e.g. Product Analyst / Data Analyst)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, programming experience in Python/R for data aggregations and visualizations, data analysis
- Enthusiastic about understanding user behaviour and how to build great digital (customer-centric) products
- Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
Nice to have
- Familiarity with product tracking tools such as Avo, Segment, Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer
- Knowledge of analytics engineering principles for efficient, economical and scalable data modelling (BigQuery/Redshift/Databricks/Snowflake + dbt)
- Experience with visualisations in Tableau, PowerBI, Mixpanel, or Looker
