Working Student, Master Data Operations - 6 months contract

As a Working Student in Master Data Operations, you will support the team in item creation, portfolio maintenance, and safeguarding data quality across the flaconi online store. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end e-commerce data processes and master state-of-the-art tools.

What you'll do

• Independently create, validate, and upload new products and brands into the Master Data Management system.
• Utilize AI tools to process and upload product visual assets into the master data system in standardized formats.
• Keep the existing product portfolio accurate and up-to-date using predefined master data validation rules and tools.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for suppliers to ensure their product details meet flaconi's standards and compliance criteria.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Category Management, Graphic Design, and Logistics to ensure smooth and efficient product launches.
• Contribute to internal master data projects aimed at reducing manual tasks and improving team efficiency.
• Support continuous data quality optimization to ensure all online store listings are accurate and flawless.

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• A keen eye for detail, a high sense of data accuracy, and a structured, reliable way of working.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• A strong passion for the beauty and e-commerce industry.
• A strong willingness to learn new systems and adopt automated workflows.

Nice to have

• Foundational familiarity with Microsoft Excel, E-Commerce platforms, or Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Prior exposure to or interest in Master Data Management tools, automation tools, or basic data queries (SQL).
