We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Brand Activation Manager to join our team and shape and execute our brand activation and partnership strategy, translating business objectives into high-impact, cross-channel initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage 360 full funnel brand marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful storytelling and full funnel activation throughout all marketing channels
- Own end-to-end responsibility for co-branded partner initiatives, from concept development to execution and performance evaluation
- Drive and execute brand cooperations, identifying strategic opportunities and fostering mutually beneficial collaborations to reach new target audiences
- Oversee partnership management, balancing flaconi's brand activation goals with partner needs and expectations
- Collaborate closely with internal creative teams on the conception and production of campaigns and activations
- Coordinate and steer external creative and production partners (e.g., agencies), ensuring high-quality output, timely delivery, and adherence to brand guidelines
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in Brand Activation, Brand Management, Partnerships, or Cooperations, ideally within consumer, beauty, or e-commerce environments
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate business and brand goals into impactful partnerships
- Excellent end-to-end project management skills, managing multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing co-branded initiatives and partnerships end-to-end, including working with internal creative teams and external agencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and negotiate effectively with external partners
- Data-driven and performance-oriented, with experience defining KPIs, analyzing results, and optimizing future campaigns
- Fluent in English and German
