About the role
As a Founder's Associate Intern, you will sit in the CEO office and work directly with senior leadership on high-priority initiatives across Growth, Operations, Finance, and beyond. You will own workstreams, conduct research, build lightweight tools and workflows, and contribute directly to how the company operates.
What you'll do
- Build AI and automation workflows by identifying high-friction, repetitive, or manual processes and design solutions using tools such as n8n, LLMs, research agents, and automation platforms to increase output and reduce manual work.
- Coordinate and track strategic initiatives by helping the CEO office maintain visibility across active priorities, track progress, flag blockers, and ensure work-streams have clear owners and next steps.
- Prepare leadership for meetings and decisions by researching and preparing briefing materials, pre-reads, slide decks, and talking points for internal meetings, partner conversations, and external engagements.
- Run ad hoc analysis to provide quick answers on financial, operational, or strategic questions.
- Help track company performance and support visibility into OKRs, KPIs, and strategic goals across functions.
- Evaluate tools and solutions by researching and assessing new AI tools, software, or vendors being considered by the business.
- Document and standardise processes by creating clear SOPs and internal playbooks, especially for AI and automation workflows.
- Support internal communications by preparing materials for All Hands meetings, leadership reviews, and company updates.
What you'll need
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make), LLMs, or AI workflow design, with evidence of prior projects.
- Study or background in business, economics, finance, computer science, or a related field, or demonstrated ability to work across these domains.
- Intellectual curiosity and comfort moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Clear communication skills in writing, slides, and conversation.
- Ability to take ownership, manage your own time well, and work independently.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Genuine interest in fintech, digital assets, or the future of institutional finance.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
What they offer
- Direct access to the CEO and senior leadership from day one.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI workflows in a real business context.
- Experienced mentor to guide your development.
- Flexible working hours and hybrid work setup from Berlin office.
- Fitness membership and internal Crypto Academy.
- Hot and cold drinks, snacks, and monthly All Hands meetings with pizza.
