About the role
As a Business Development Intern at Finoa, you will support our commercial team in growing our outbound pipeline. You will help identify the right customer segments, discover and enrich high-quality leads, support sales preparation, participate in customer calls, and keep our CRM clean and actionable.
What you'll do
- Discover and map our ICP by researching target companies, customer segments, use cases, and buying signals to help sharpen Finoa's ideal customer profile.
- Build and enrich outbound lead lists by identifying relevant prospects, decision-makers, company data, funding signals, product usage, and other useful qualification data.
- Support outbound sales execution by helping prepare targeted outreach lists, account briefs, prospect notes, and sales materials for the commercial team.
- Prepare and join sales calls to support pre-call research, capture notes, identify next steps, and help turn call insights into structured follow-up.
- Own CRM hygiene and reporting by keeping CRM records accurate, updating deal and account information, and tracking outreach activity.
- Build AI and automation workflows using tools such as n8n, LLMs, research agents, and automation platforms to increase department output and make repeatable sales processes more scalable.
- Turn market signals into GTM insights by sharing patterns from outbound research, such as emerging customer segments, new use cases, and common objections.
What you'll need
- You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn about fintech, crypto, institutional finance, and B2B sales.
- You enjoy research and can turn scattered information into clear, useful insights.
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online research tools.
- You communicate clearly and can summarize company, market, and customer information in a practical way.
- You are comfortable joining sales calls, taking notes, and supporting follow-up.
- You are excited by AI-native ways of working and eager to experiment with the latest tools, workflows, prompts, and automation techniques.
- You are fluent in English.
