About the role
Lead pricing and discount strategy for customer reactivation across HelloFresh's 14 international markets. You'll develop and execute data-driven incentive strategies to win back customers while optimizing profitability and lifetime value.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic adaptation and execution of reactivation roadmap across international markets
- Identify optimization opportunities through deep-dive analysis to increase customer lifetime value
- Own full AB testing lifecycle from hypothesis generation to post-test analysis
- Monitor performance and competitor landscapes, translating insights into localized strategies
- Bridge local market needs with Global Center of Excellence priorities
- Develop toolkits and best practices for knowledge sharing across markets
- Communicate risks, opportunities, and financial implications to senior stakeholders
- Partner with Growth Strategy, Tech, CRM, Marketing, and Analytics teams
What you'll need
- Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Psychology or related field from top tier university
- 4-6 years experience in pricing strategy, consulting, analytics, or subscription business
- Strong business background with customer experience framework understanding
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities; SQL is a plus
- Extensive experience with discount strategies and AB testing effectiveness measurement
- Experience with digital business models and tech/marketing collaboration
- Outstanding communication skills with senior management presentation ability
- Proven end-to-end project ownership in fast-paced environments
- Pragmatic, hands-on mentality with extreme attention to detail
