About the role

You'll be responsible for developing Doctolib's business in your region by supporting hospitals, clinics, and medical centers on their digital transformation journey. This is a full-time B2B sales role covering the complete sales process from first contact to go-live implementation.

What you'll do

  • Manage the complete sales process for hospitals, clinics, and medical centers from initial contact to go-live
  • Negotiate framework and individual contracts with customers at C-level
  • Support key accounts during technical integration and handle cross-selling and up-selling
  • Collaborate with product management and operations teams to continuously develop the platform based on customer feedback
  • Coach and develop new team members while defining and monitoring relevant KPIs

What you'll need

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with C-level key account communication
  • Experience in similar position, preferably in software sales or digital environments with complex services/products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high level of initiative and drive to make things happen
  • Strong communication skills and empathy to understand complex process structures
  • Fluent German (C1+) and confident English communication skills

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in healthcare sector
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel
