About the role
Set a new standard for how femtasy thinks about growth - the what, the how, and the why. You'll work directly with the founder and CEO to shape growth strategy and execute on it. This is a player-coach role who thinks strategically and gets their hands dirty, leading a team of 3–5 people while staying deep in the work yourself.
What you'll do
- Think through expansion with the CEO as a key thought partner: helping structure the strategic view, identify where to grow next, and pressure-test assumptions before committing
- Identify and prioritize opportunities across the full funnel: Acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and reactivation - and across product, marketing, and data
- Run experiments, extract insights, and scale what works / kill what doesn't. Treat growth as a compounding chain of experiments: each one is scoped, executed, measured, and evaluated
- Lead a small, sharp team: hire, coach, and personally execute initiatives yourself
What you'll need
- 7+ years in growth roles
- Consumer / D2C experience - this is a hard requirement
- Deep paid social expertise, specifically Meta - you know the platform mechanics, the creative feedback loops, and how to build scalable acquisition programs
- Systematic, data-driven, hypothesis-led way of thinking with proven track record of running growth experiments end-to-end
- Strong product instinct and ability to speak the languages of Product, Data, Marketing, and Engineering
- Fluent with AI + human workflows
