Senior Content, SEO and GEO Manager

You'll own all of Feather's content touchpoints, driving and executing the content marketing plan — writing and coordinating everything from blog posts to landing pages, emails, ads, and social. You'll refine the SEO plan from technical site health to UX-led components, build the GEO plan to grow visibility in AI search, and manage the PR agency to show content impact over time.

What you'll do

• Drive and execute the content marketing plan: own end-to-end ideation and production for editorial and video content, including briefing, reviewing, writing, editing, and delivery
• Write and coordinate content for blog, landing pages, emails, advertising copy, and social media at scale with the right balance of AI and human output
• Review, edit, and improve content written by internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and freelancers
• Own technical SEO and site health: audits, internal linking, redirects, canonicals, schema, sitemaps, and locale/hreflang strategy while partnering with engineering
• Develop and monitor the website by suggesting new components and optimizing existing ones following UX, GEO, and SEO principles
• Own visibility and performance in AI search: tracking citations and share of voice, and adapting content for LLM discovery
• Manage the PR agency to improve online visibility and develop a high-quality backlink portfolio
• Set clear goals and analyze content impact over time, track performance across channels, and provide recommendations to stakeholders

What you'll need

• Strong technical SEO experience
• Experience tinkering with AI/LLM optimization and genuine curiosity to learn more
• Creative mindset and passion for writing and editing content
• Experience briefing and managing content freelancers and/or creative teams
• Proven track record managing high-quality content across blogs, landing pages, video platforms, etc.
• Knowledge of PR and link-building to grow online visibility
• Resourcefulness and ability to build automations to optimize and scale work
• Native-level English speaker
