About the role

You'll coordinate global transportation and logistics operations for an AI-driven industrial trade platform. This role involves managing international supply chains, building partnerships across Asia, Europe, and the GCC region, and ensuring seamless delivery of construction and infrastructure materials to customers.

What you'll do

• Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on customer needs
• Manage communication with third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth business operations
• Open new trade lanes by finding and establishing relationships with partners across the globe
• Create strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with customers through quality work and clear communication
• Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product management, growth and engineering teams
• Use cutting-edge technology on Salesforce for logistics management
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in KPIs and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence
• Fluent in German (C1 level or above)
• Experience scaling logistics operations across different countries
• Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach
• Independent, collaborative, and able to take significant responsibility
