About the role

This is a senior operational role focused on integrating and scaling portfolio companies across Germany's real estate sector. You'll work hands-on to professionalize processes, implement systems, and create scalable integration playbooks while spending significant time with portfolio company managing directors in various German cities.

What you'll do

• Spend extensive time with portfolio company managing directors in cities like Duisburg, Düren, and Iffeldorf
• Integrate portfolio companies and professionalize their operational processes
• Scale margins while increasing revenue across the portfolio
• Create a scalable integration playbook for portfolio companies
• Directly lead recruitment and motivate portfolio company teams to achieve goals

What you'll need

• Native-level German (C2) proficiency
• Strong desire to work in-person at the Berlin office
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective systems
• High intellectual ability and strong interpersonal skills
• Extreme ambition to build a category-defining company
• Willingness to work weekends when needed
