Senior Art Director

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Art Director to act as a visual guardian of the Yepoda brand, helping define and elevate how our brand shows up across our ecosystem with a focus on physical touchpoints. This role is about taste, craft, and consistency — ensuring every detail reflects the quality, warmth, and care that define our brand.

What you'll do

• Champion a clear, consistent, and elevated visual standard across all brand touchpoints
• Own and elevate all print and packaging-related outputs, including primary and secondary product packaging, in-parcel materials, inserts, brochures, leaflets, gifting, limited editions, and collaborations
• Lead creative development for launches and projects, from early concepts and moodboards through to final production files
• Lead photo art direction and drive brand clarity in content creation
• Guide and mentor designers through clear feedback, creative direction, and strong craft standards
• Work closely with Product Development, Brand, Marketing, and Sourcing to ensure packaging solutions are beautiful, functional, and feasible
• Stay plugged into what's happening globally in beauty, print, and packaging

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in art direction or senior design roles, with a clear focus on brand guardianship and deep expertise in evolving modern consumer brands
• Strong experience working in-house or closely with brand teams on physical consumer products
• A portfolio that shows taste, restraint, and smart storytelling through brand with an emphasis on print and packaging
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, colour, materials, finishes, and production realities
• Confident working with dielines, printers, packaging suppliers, and production timelines
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign
• Naturally collaborative, practical, and low-ego
• Fluent in English
