About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for the Private Seeker Vertical, you'll drive growth and scaling of the Wohnen+ membership focusing on renters and property owners. You'll develop a scalable subscription product that creates real value throughout the entire housing and real estate journey.

What you'll do

  • Drive end-to-end growth responsibility for Wohnen+ including user base scaling, conversion, retention and revenue
  • Build, validate and scale product-market-fit through experimentation with pricing, packaging, onboarding and feature-gating
  • Own the entire Seeker and Wohnen+ funnel and optimize conversion potentials along the rental journey
  • Develop pricing, packaging and upsell strategies while optimizing ARPU, LTV and churn
  • Define, track and manage central growth KPIs and derive concrete product measures from data and user feedback
  • Implement AI-based solutions to improve matching, personalization and decision support
  • Lead interdisciplinary product setup with clear prioritization along business goals and user value

What you'll need

  • Minimum 5 years product management experience in B2C environment, ideally in growth or subscription-driven products
  • Proven experience in scaling products and achieving product-market-fit
  • Strong skills in conversion optimization, funnel design and experimentation
  • High data competency and routine working with KPIs, A/B tests and analytical frameworks
  • Experience with subscription models, pricing and monetization
  • Affinity for AI and new technologies as growth drivers
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional, impact-oriented teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-supported product or growth features
  • Background in marketplace, platform or consumer subscription models
