About the role
As Senior PR & Communications Manager at Taxfix, you'll shape how the brand is perceived across key markets through strategic communications and media relations. You'll drive thought leadership initiatives, execute consumer-facing campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate brand visibility and credibility.
What you'll do
- Refine and execute communications strategy focused on brand advocacy and expert positioning
- Create and execute consumer-facing communications campaigns that align with company goals
- Drive executive visibility through speaking opportunities, podcasts, and tier-1 media interviews
- Collaborate with SEO/AEO teams on performance-driven digital PR initiatives
- Build relationships with key journalists, especially in German product media
- Integrate AI tools to automate workflows and enhance campaign productivity
- Develop compelling press materials and storylines that reinforce brand narrative
- Manage newsroom and handle press office requests effectively
- Analyze data and insights to create engaging, newsworthy content
- Coordinate with PR agencies in Germany and the UK
- Track KPIs and iterate based on results to drive communications success
What you'll need
- 6+ years PR and communications experience with 1-2 years at senior manager level
- Track record of creating narratives that captivate consumers and earn media attention
- Experience in scale-up, corporate, or agency settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience
- Experience leading thought leadership and executive positioning initiatives
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent German (near native-level) and excellent English communication skills
- Strategic thinking balanced with creative execution capabilities
