Senior Product Manager Hospital & Partners API

About the role

This is a Senior Product Manager position focused on driving API and interoperability platform strategy at Doctolib. You'll be responsible for designing and scaling the technical foundation that connects Doctolib to hundreds of healthcare systems, ensuring seamless integrations and excellent user experiences for developers, providers, and patients.

What you'll do

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for API and interoperability platform
• Lead evolution of integration architecture towards open standards (FHIR) for new healthcare use cases
• Drive product discovery by understanding needs of engineers, partners, and end-users
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, and data teams
• Champion API best practices and developer experience including documentation and self-service onboarding
• Measure and analyze product performance, adoption, and satisfaction for continuous improvement

What you'll need

• 8+ years experience in product management, ideally focusing on APIs, platforms, or interoperability at scale
• Track record of designing, launching, and scaling technical products in SaaS or B2B environments
• Deep understanding of API design, developer experience, and integration challenges
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on platform services and cross-cutting functionalities
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach to product decisions
• Fluent English (C1+)

Nice to have

• Experience with medical or clinical software environments
• Experience with FHIR, HL7, EHR/PMS integration, or healthcare data
• German or French language skills
