About the role
You'll lead the Supplier Success strategy at GetYourGuide, driving growth and retention of their global supplier base. As Senior Team Lead, you'll own the Account Management strategy and enable regional teams with tools, processes, and insights to create lasting supplier partnerships while managing a team of 5+ business operations managers.
What you'll do
- Set and steer revenue operations strategy for supplier growth and retention, translating business priorities into actionable operational plans
- Architect and evolve systems, frameworks, tools and workflows that enable Account Managers to deliver commercial results
- Maintain oversight of operational processes critical to supplier success including availability, pricing, commission, and listing quality
- Build robust performance management frameworks and analysis, leveraging data and dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive accountability
- Serve as senior business partner for regional managers, delivering insights, dashboards, tools, and strategic support
- Collaborate with Analytics, Supplier Marketing, Product, and other teams to drive alignment and unlock growth opportunities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of 5+ Business Operations & Strategy Managers
What you'll need
- 7+ years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or related field in high-growth tech or marketplace environment
- Proven people leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams of 4+ individuals
- Expertise in operational process design, performance/incentive frameworks, and commercial enablement for large-scale Account Management organizations
- Highly analytical with experience in dashboards, KPIs, and turning data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence at all organizational levels
- Excellent communication skills with ability to shape strategy and create engagement across global teams
