About the role
This is a B2B Sales position at Scout24, focusing on proactive acquisition of new business customers for Germany's leading real estate marketplace ImmoScout24. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, conducting needs analysis, and building long-term business relationships through phone sales.
What you'll do
- Proactively acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales activities
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand potential customers' requirements
- Identify suitable solutions from the comprehensive product portfolio
- Build long-term business relationships through convincing phone sales
- Implement targeted cross-selling and upselling strategies
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs
What you'll need
- Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
- Previous sales experience with strong hunter mindset and high closing orientation
- Proactive, structured, goal and solution-oriented working style
- High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
- Team player with ability to share successes and motivate others
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
