Sales Manager - Hunting

About the role

This is a B2B Sales position at Scout24 focused on new customer acquisition for their real estate platform ImmoScout24. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, working with potential clients in the real estate industry.

What you'll do

• Identify and qualify potential new customers through targeted market and audience analysis
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling activities
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and identify suitable solutions from the product portfolio
• Lead professional negotiations and create customized acquisition presentations and proposals
• Build long-term business relationships and achieve sales targets consistently
• Develop extensive product expertise across Scout24's integrated solutions
• Provide support for sales-related questions including partner systems in OneSystem

What you'll need

• Completed vocational training or relevant experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
• Minimum 2-3 years B2B sales experience with proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong hunter mindset with high closing orientation
• Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
• Proactive, structured, goal-oriented working style with analytical thinking
• High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and resilience during longer sales cycles
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
