About the role
This is a graduate-level sales position focused on B2B tech sales for a fintech scale-up. You'll join a fast-track programme to learn professional selling skills while generating leads and booking meetings for Account Executives, with uncapped commission potential starting at €60,000 OTE.
What you'll do
- Complete comprehensive onboarding and finance bootcamp to master B2B tech sales fundamentals
- Conduct strategic market research using commercial tools to identify potential clients and finance leaders
- Execute personalised outreach to CFOs and senior finance decision-makers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Communicate value propositions clearly to generate interest and book meetings for Account Executives
- Use CRM tools to optimise processes and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams for continuous improvement
What you'll need
- Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate
- Fluent in German (C2/Native) and English (C1)
- Growth-oriented mindset with desire for feedback and continuous learning
- Resourceful problem-solving abilities and quick thinking
- Resilience to handle setbacks and bounce back stronger
- Excellent communication skills with ability to connect and persuade
