About the role

As a Marketing Data Analyst in the Reactivation Analytics team, you will join the wider Global Marketing Analytics group. You will act as a strategic consultant, using data to understand customer behaviour, their journey and more importantly what motivates them to return. Your experience in CRM Analytics, combined with a knack for storytelling through data, will directly influence the ability to reduce churn impact and optimize our channels along with marketing spend.

What you'll do

  • Support the Global Reactivations Marketing function: understand key business questions, translate them into analytical tasks, and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making
  • Build and evolve reporting and visualization assets that support day-to-day decision-making and enhance global performance oversight
  • Measure, benchmark, and monitor Global Reactivation performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve key customer and business KPIs
  • Improve analytical processes by advocating for scalable, automated, and standardized solutions
  • Utilise various databases and querying/programming languages to access, manipulate and present the data needed
  • You will not only take responsibility of own projects, but also be a team player to collaborate and share knowledge with other analysts

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of customer Engagement/ Retention metrics and how they contribute to overall business performance
  • A structured, results-oriented approach with the ability to break down broad questions into clear analytical steps of experience in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, A/B testing or in a quantitative field—ideally in a fast-paced B2C or subscription business
  • Expertise in technical skills including: SQL and Spreadsheets (required), Tableau or a similar visualisation tool (e.g. Looker, PowerBI), Python (ideally)
  • Experience in testing (AB testing, campaign analytics, channel efficiency)
  • Experience in statistical modeling, regression, clustering, time series etc
  • Experience in performing analysis with large datasets and knowing what the common pitfalls are
  • Analytical and critical thinking combined with good presentation and communication skills
  • Strong problems solving skills and hands-on & can-do attitude
