Treasury Manager - German, Spanish & English

About the role

The Treasury team at Scout24 is seeking a Treasury Specialist to manage group-wide payment operations and liquidity planning. You'll work closely with accounting teams across Scout24 Group entities while serving as a key contact for corporate banking partners in Spain.

What you'll do

• Manage group-wide payment operations, including payment approvals and implementation of group payment policy
• Oversee operational liquidity planning and optimize group cash pooling structure
• Prepare regular treasury reports for Management and Supervisory Board
• Support treasury management systems and contribute to strategic initiatives
• Act as key contact for corporate banking partners in Spain
• Support integration of newly acquired entities into Scout24 Group

What you'll need

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or comparable qualification
• Several years of finance experience with at least 2 years in treasury or banking environment in Spain
• High attention to detail with structured and reliable working approach
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish, German and English
• Strong team orientation with excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
• Curiosity, flexibility and willingness to continuously learn in dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Coupa Treasury (tm5), FXAll or Eikon (Reuters)
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity
