About the role

This is a Technical Product Lead role owning Kombo's new Learning vertical end-to-end, with direct responsibility for scaling from current 100k ARR to 1M+ ARR. You'll act like a founder within the startup, leading strategy, execution, and customer relationships for LMS integrations.

What you'll do

  • Own Learning vertical strategy and product roadmap, working with product engineers to prioritize initiatives
  • Manage customer requests, integration timelines, and sales demands while bringing structure to growing vertical chaos
  • Become the market expert through conferences, customer interviews, and deep understanding of learning industry requirements
  • Enable sales and success teams by joining prospect calls and answering technical questions as domain expert
  • Coach engineers during initiatives, serve as product stakeholder, and ensure projects stay on track
  • Lead projects like bulk course creation endpoints, conference representation, and customer onboarding

What you'll need

  • Strong technical background as former engineer or close collaboration with engineering teams
  • Understanding of APIs and ability to read technical documentation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with founder experience or serious founder aspirations
  • Ownership mentality with ability to make decisions under uncertainty
  • Ability to operate across abstraction levels from strategy to detailed execution
  • Experience taking responsibility for outcomes and revenue impact
