Senior Manager AFC Advisory

About the role

Join Raisin's Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Advisory team to develop and monitor internal policies, control mechanisms, and training programs that strengthen awareness of financial crime and ensure anti-money laundering compliance across the organization. You'll be responsible for preventing, detecting, and combating financial crime to ensure the bank is not misused for illegal purposes like money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.

What you'll do

• Plan, implement and document AFC projects (internal and with customers)
• Conceptually develop the bank's anti-money laundering prevention, including IT systems perspective
• Develop, update and document relevant processes and controls
• Advance money laundering risk analysis
• Conduct controls and monitoring activities
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements for AML outsourcing
• Prepare and support external and internal audits with AFC focus
• Analyze new regulatory requirements

What you'll need

• Several years of experience in anti-money laundering at a bank and/or audit/consulting firm
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements, especially GwG, BaFin AuA, AML-VO, EBA Guidelines, FATF recommendations, KWG
• Relevant knowledge in KYC/customer identification
• Experience in creating risk analyses and customer risk ratings
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with openness to technological innovations
• High integrity and strong sense of responsibility
• High standards for quality of work
• Team player with good communication skills in German and English
