Senior Operations Analyst

About the role

This is a Senior Operations Analyst position focused on establishing comprehensive data and operational controlling transparency across logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations. You'll be responsible for developing KPI reporting frameworks and managing operational payments while supporting data-driven decision making for a rapidly scaling AI-driven trade platform.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain regular reporting on key operational KPIs across logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain functions
• Manage and control all operational payments, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Track and monitor bonus-relevant KPIs for the entire operations team
• Create standardized operational controlling frameworks and dashboards for real-time visibility
• Collaborate with department heads to define, track, and optimize operational KPIs
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on operational performance and cost controls
• Ensure data integrity through quality checks and audit procedures
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis for operations
• Recommend process automation and system improvements for enhanced reporting efficiency

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in business analytics, operational controlling, or related field
• Strong background in data analysis and business intelligence tools
• Proven experience in operational controlling or operational finance
• Strong problem-solving abilities with detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Proficiency in Excel/GSheets and data visualization tools
• Excellent English command, German language skills a plus

Nice to have

• Experience with logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
• Knowledge of cost accounting
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for advanced data manipulation
