About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager for Key Accounts to join our Sales Team in Berlin. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales process for large customers and building strategic partnerships while communicating at C-level.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete sales process from acquisition to go-live for large customers
- Negotiate framework and individual contracts both on-site and remotely
- Support key accounts during integration and handle cross-selling and up-selling
- Identify and monitor relevant KPIs to advise and expand large customer relationships
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales with key account communication at C-level
- Excellent hunting and pitching skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative and drive to make things happen
- Strong communication skills and empathy to understand complex process structures
- Native-level German and confident English communication skills
Nice to have
- Completed degree in Business Administration or comparable training
- Prior knowledge in the healthcare sector
