About the role

You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and further development of digital features in the area of Customer Acquisition – from requirement definition through mockups to testing and post-deployment monitoring.

What you'll do

• You are responsible for the conception, implementation and further development of digital features in the area of Customer Acquisition – from requirement definition through mockups to testing and post-deployment monitoring
• You plan and conduct A/B tests independently – from idea generation and hypothesis formation through conception and implementation to impact analysis – with the goal of sustainably increasing the visit-to-lead conversion rate
• You use your analytical understanding to identify potential and gaps in tracking (Performance Marketing) – and ensure that we can make data-based decisions
• You work closely with Marketing, Tech and Design and ensure that dependencies are actively managed and your measures measurably contribute to Enpal's growth
