Senior Legal Counsel

What you'll do

• Act as a strategic legal business partner on financing and regulatory matters, supporting the expansion of captive finance activities into new products and jurisdictions
• Collaborate closely with the Structured Finance team and external advisers on the negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of financing transactions (public and private ABS, static pool as well as warehouse facilities)
• Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documentation, ensuring alignment with internal policies and legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all financing documentation, and effectively communicate key obligations, risks, and limitations to internal stakeholders
• Advise on regulatory frameworks applicable to financing activities, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Support the monitoring and management of existing financing structures and related legal obligations
