About the role
You'll be a Talent Acquisition Partner joining a high-impact team of three, working as a strategic advisor to leaders across commercial and technology functions. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse positions from software engineering to sales, investments, and legal roles.
What you'll do
- Act as strategic advisor and talent consultant to hiring managers and leadership
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technology and commercial departments
- Drive proactive sourcing to build pipelines of passive talent globally
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and propose process improvements
- Champion hiring excellence through interview training and assessment optimization
- Integrate AI tools to automate tasks and scale hiring capabilities
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships with senior leaders

- Track record of full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced, high-growth technology or finance environment
- Proven experience hiring for both technical and commercial roles
- Strategic partnership skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Data-driven approach using analytics to inform strategy and measure success
