About the role

You'll be a Talent Acquisition Partner joining a high-impact team of three, working as a strategic advisor to leaders across commercial and technology functions. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse positions from software engineering to sales, investments, and legal roles.

What you'll do

  • Act as strategic advisor and talent consultant to hiring managers and leadership
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technology and commercial departments
  • Drive proactive sourcing to build pipelines of passive talent globally
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and propose process improvements
  • Champion hiring excellence through interview training and assessment optimization
  • Integrate AI tools to automate tasks and scale hiring capabilities
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships with senior leaders

What you'll need

  • Track record of full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced, high-growth technology or finance environment
  • Proven experience hiring for both technical and commercial roles
  • Strategic partnership skills with ability to influence C-level executives
  • Data-driven approach using analytics to inform strategy and measure success
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with minimal oversight required
  • AI-first mindset with experience leveraging AI tools professionally
  • Commitment to exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in Berlin, Germany
