About the role

This is a working student position (20 hours/week) supporting the product strategy, operational excellence, and business analytics for Doctolib's new telephone assistant. You'll work closely with teams from tech to sales to help drive the product's success from launch through continuous development.

What you'll do

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems, create reports, and provide data-driven decision foundations using Salesforce
  • Support sales operations and process coordination, tracking deadlines and structuring workflows
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication between tech and sales teams, gather important information, and ensure smooth coordination
  • Build expertise in CRM systems and learn professional use of Salesforce and other business tools
  • Develop project management skills and coordinate multiple parallel projects

What you'll need

  • Currently enrolled full-time in an advanced degree program in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Psychology, or comparable field
  • Structured working approach with ability to manage multiple parallel tasks systematically and reliably
  • Technical affinity with strong Excel/Sheets skills and interest in CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Analytical thinking skills to interpret data, create reports, and draw actionable conclusions
  • Strong communication skills and fluent German and English (minimum C1 level each)

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools like SQL
  • Prior experience in project and process management through internships or working student positions in sales, marketing, or customer success
