Marketing Strategy Lead

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Strategy Lead to elevate our customer acquisition machine with clear CAC ownership, brand responsibility, and entrepreneurial impact. This role offers a clear development path to Head of Marketing as we scale.

What you'll do

• Develop and own marketing strategy, brand story and messaging with full CAC and marketing efficiency ownership
• Prioritize initiatives based on growth impact and unit economics, building structured rapid experimentation frameworks
• Manage and develop paid strategy across search, social, and native channels while exploring new growth areas like TV and scalable brand channels
• Lead SEO/SEA agencies with clear KPI ownership and develop creative testing frameworks for ads and landing pages
• Drive strategic development of CRM setup (HubSpot) and optimize all customer journey touchpoints
• Develop personalization and retargeting logic, identifying cross-sell and lifecycle opportunities
• Optimize affiliate ecosystem for cost, quality and routing while developing new partnership models
• Work closely with data team using tools like Metabase for KPI transparency and develop forecast models

What you'll need

• 2-5 years relevant marketing experience with clear performance orientation
• B2C marketing experience with complex, high-value products
• Strong understanding of lead generation models and funnel mechanics
• Analytical thinking and operational data competency
• Experience with performance channels and CRM/marketing automation systems
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
• Fluent German and English skills
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
