IT Operations Specialist

About the role

As an IT Operations Specialist, you'll continuously improve internal IT operations to ensure employees are productive from day one. You'll manage onboarding, access management, and device lifecycles while balancing automation, security, and user experience to enable the company to scale efficiently.

What you'll do

• Own and scale IT operations including onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, and access management
• Drive automation and standardisation across IT processes to minimise manual work
• Act as process owner for Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows in partnership with HR, Security and Compliance teams
• Ensure reliable IT service delivery, handling incidents, escalations, and continuous improvement
• Maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and operational metrics to support growth and audits

What you'll need

• Strong experience in IT Operations, Workplace IT, or Internal IT in a growing organisation
• Hands-on knowledge of MDM, identity & access management, and SaaS tooling
• Proven ability to automate processes and design scalable IT workflows
• Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with strong focus on user experience
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English
• Resilient mindset that sees challenges as opportunities
• Preference for iterative working - testing, learning, and improving constantly
