About the role
As a Business Development Manager for Italy, you'll drive Hive's growth in the Italian market by managing the full sales cycle for their operations platform. You'll work with SMB e-commerce brands to help them scale their logistics and operations while contributing to the company's expansion strategy.
What you'll do
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing partnerships with Italian SMB brands
- Build trusted relationships with founders, influencers, and operations leaders
- Refine sales playbooks, ICPs, and go-to-market messaging for the Italian market
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Help shape future expansion plans and potential Milan office setup
What you'll need
- Proven B2B sales experience (1+ years) in SaaS, logistics, e-commerce, or operations
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex customer challenges
- Analytical mindset with structured approach to sales pipeline management
- Growth mindset and motivation by high-performance environments
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
