Supply Chain Domain Lead - ERP

Own process and system excellence across Enpal's Supply Chain Management domain and the systems that run it. You'll steer complex initiatives across our business applications landscape, spanning D365 F&O, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, set the standards others work within, and act as the primary bridge between business leadership and Tech.

What you'll do

• Own the E2E process architecture across the SCM domain (Demand to Order, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Execution), ensuring consistency, standardization, and scalability across the full system landscape
• Steer complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery, owning scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and governance
• Act as the translator between technical teams and business stakeholders, making sure both sides understand each other and pull in the same direction
• Establish and enforce process design standards and cross-system integration principles across ERP and adjacent platforms
• Drive alignment across Business, ERP Tech, Solution Architecture, and system owners like Salesforce and Pipedrive
• Own the SCM systems roadmap and make sure it reflects business priorities, dependencies, and Tech capacity
• Spot risks before they become outages, bring the right people together fast when something breaks, and build the structures that prevent it next time
• Represent SCM systems in cross-functional governance forums and steering committees up to C-level

What you'll need

• Proven experience owning process and system excellence across multiple business domains in a complex ERP environment
• Strong SCM understanding across areas like Demand to Order, Procure to Pay, or Supply Chain Execution
• Track record of steering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with stakeholder management up to C-level
• The instinct to challenge, push things forward, and take ownership rather than wait for direction
• Ability to move between technical detail and business context with equal confidence
• Experience with D365 F&O, SAP, or comparable ERP systems is an advantage; exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce or Pipedrive is a plus
