About the role
Co-define and drive the product strategy and vision for the Fulfillment Domain, ensuring alignment across four product teams and with Enpal's broader business goals. Translate complex operational and financial challenges into clear product direction.
What you'll do
- Work across craftOS (field operations) and Fintech (customer financing) product teams to identify dependencies, resolve system-level challenges, and ensure a coherent product experience end to end.
- Establish and champion a culture of data-driven product decisions across the domain. Define key metrics, build measurement frameworks, and ensure teams have the insights they need to prioritize effectively and validate impact.
- Raise the bar on discovery practices across the domain — from user research and problem framing to solution validation and experimentation.
- Design and run domain-level product rituals — roadmapping, domain reviews, stakeholder communication, newsletters, and cross-team planning.
- Engage with operational leaders across PV, Heat, Grid Operations, Finance, and other business units to understand needs, communicate progress, and influence priorities.
- Partner closely with the Staff Engineer to engage in system design discussions, understand architectural dependencies, and make informed product decisions.
- Coach and support product managers on the teams through hands-on collaboration. Be a role model for rigorous discovery, clear requirements, and outcome-oriented delivery.
What you'll need
- 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated progression toward domain-level impact.
- Proven track record of working across multiple product teams, driving alignment, and delivering outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong experience establishing product operations practices — roadmapping frameworks, review cadences, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Deep commitment to data-driven decision making, with hands-on experience defining metrics, running experiments, and building discovery habits in product teams.
- Outstanding communication skills in English (C1+), with the ability to articulate strategy, translate complexity, and create clarity across technical and business audiences.
- Strong systems thinking — able to see how individual product decisions interact across teams, users, and technical systems.
- Collaborative leadership style — you drive outcomes through influence, not authority.
Nice to have
- Communication skills in German (B2).
