Product Manager _metrify

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a core B2B smart metering product, from discovery to partner rollout and ongoing optimization, including APIs and system integrations. You will work closely with Engineering, Billing & Asset, and external partners to turn complex market, regulatory, and operational requirements into scalable software solutions.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a core B2B smart metering product, from discovery to partner rollout and ongoing optimization, including APIs and system integrations.
• Translate regulatory, operational, and partner requirements into a clear roadmap, actionable user stories, and partner capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Growth, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery, fast onboarding, and reliable partner adoption.
• Define and track success metrics focused on partner adoption, onboarding speed, and automation reliability.
• Continuously gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to improve usability, integration experience, and operational performance.
• Drive strategic efforts to make it easy for partners to deploy and operate smart meters reliably at scale.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience in product management in a B2B or infrastructure product, where partner adoption was the key outcome.
• Experience navigating complex domains involving regulation, systems integration, working directly with partners to support them with growth initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Engineering and Growth.
• Familiarity with API design and integrations; experience in energy markets, smart metering, or regulatory processes is a plus.
• Clear communication in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Embody agile values and take ownership of identifying the problem, defining what needs to be built, and shaping the solution as it evolves.
