About the role
Join the Enpal Heat team as a Product Engineer. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, supporting digital transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and helping drive innovation across the organization.
What you'll do
- Build automations end-to-end: identify repetitive, manual, or broken processes and replace them with automated workflows and tools (e.g. no-code/low-code platforms, scripts, APIs, integrations).
- Ship internal tools and solutions: design, prototype, and roll out the technology that powers our teams (CRM workflows, analytics, dashboards, integrations between systems).
- Own projects independently: from understanding the business need, through technical design, to building, testing, and rolling out, with real ownership and autonomy.
- Connect systems: integrate our tools (CRM, ERP, analytics, internal apps) so data flows automatically and teams stop doing manual work.
- Work directly with stakeholders: understand challenges across the business, then translate them into working solutions and measure the impact.
- Decide what's worth building: balance business priority, speed, and quality, and focus on what moves the needle.
- Drive adoption: test, launch, and support the systems you build so they actually get used.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, consulting, or technology-related roles (internships included).
- Strong interest in business technology, digital tools, and innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of systems such as CRM (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce), ERP, or analytics platforms.
What they offer
- Hybrid working concept with Workflex option to relocate abroad for up to 30 days per year.
- Modern office in Berlin-Friedrichshain with height-adjustable desks, table tennis, and barista coffee.
- 29 + 2 vacation days plus discounted Wellhub membership and corporate benefits.
- Onboarding with welcome bag, buddy program, and team support.
- Transparent all-hands meetings, short decision-making processes, and open feedback culture.
