About the role
Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes in Enpal's ERP landscape. Working closely with the Process Architect, you'll analyze process performance, document process flows, gather business requirements, and contribute to ERP initiatives that improve procurement efficiency, invoice automation, and AP compliance.
What you'll do
- Document and maintain P2P process flows: supplier onboarding, PR/PO creation, approval workflows, goods receipt, invoice matching, AP, and payment runs
- Analyze process performance: identify manual steps, workarounds, and inefficiencies and quantify their business impact
- Monitor KPIs including invoice automation rate, PO-based invoice rate, and invoice cycle time; report deviations proactively
- Support Medius AP automation adoption: track automation rates, identify exceptions, and document resolution patterns
- Identify data quality issues affecting P2P (e.g. vendor master data, PO data) and escalate with structured root cause analysis
- Assist in writing Business Requirements Documents for initiatives
- Support testing and validation activities for P2P-related ERP changes and releases
- Maintain process documentation in Confluence and Signavio
What you'll need
- First experience in process analysis, business analysis, or a similar role in an ERP environment
- Understanding of Procure to Pay processes: purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice matching, accounts payable, and payment runs
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O, ideally in Procurement & Sourcing or Accounts Payable modules
- Understanding of system integration handovers within the P2P chain (e-procurement, AP automation, payment systems)
- Structured working style with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with AP, Procurement, Finance, and Controlling stakeholders
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
