About the role

Support the conception and implementation of L&D initiatives with a focus on Performance Improvement. You will analyze learning and development needs within our rapidly growing team and contribute to the development and optimization of trainings, workshops, and learning formats.

What you'll do

• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von L&D-Initiativen mit Fokus auf Performance Improvement
• Analyse von Lern- und Entwicklungsbedarfen innerhalb unseres schnell wachsenden Teams
• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Trainings, Workshops und Lernformaten
• Eigenständige Übernahme von Projekten und Initiativen mit großem Impact
• Unterstützung bei der Evaluation von Maßnahmen und Ableitung von Verbesserungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern

What you'll need

• Fortgeschrittenes Bachelorstudium (letztes Jahr) oder aktuell im Masterstudium, idealerweise in Psychologie, BWL, Pädagogik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Ausgeprägtes Self-Starter-Mindset: Du arbeitest proaktiv, eigenständig und bringst Dinge ins Rollen
• Starkes Interesse an Learning & Development sowie Performance Improvement
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
