As ERP Process Analyst P2P, you are the operational backbone that makes the next generation of Enpal's ERP landscape possible. You document, analyze, and continuously improve the Procure-to-Pay process landscape in D365 F&O, and you ensure the process knowledge that AI agents consume is accurate, structured, and machine-readable.
What you'll do
- Document and maintain P2P process flows end-to-end: supplier onboarding, PR/PO creation, approval workflows, goods receipt, invoice matching, AP, and payment runs
- Translate process flows into structured, versioned, machine-readable formats that serve as the knowledge layer for AI agents operating in the P2P domain
- Maintain process documentation in Confluence and Signavio; ensure documentation is always current and reflects live system behavior
- Analyze P2P process performance: identify manual steps, workarounds, and inefficiencies; quantify their business impact
- Monitor KPIs including invoice automation rate, PO-based invoice rate, and invoice cycle time; proactively report deviations and escalate with structured root cause analysis
- Identify data quality issues affecting P2P and escalate with structured root cause analysis
- Assist in writing Business Requirements Documents for P2P initiatives: structured, evidence-based, and ready for Tech intake
- Support testing and validation activities for P2P-related ERP changes, agent deployments, and releases
What you'll need
- First experience in process analysis, business analysis, or a similar role in an ERP environment
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes: purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice matching, accounts payable, and payment runs
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O or a comparable ERP system, ideally in Procurement & Sourcing or Accounts Payable modules
- Understanding of system integration handovers within the P2P chain
- Structured working style with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with AP, Procurement, Finance, and Controlling stakeholders
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AP automation or e-procurement tools such as Medius or Onventis
- Curiosity about AI agents and automation, you want to understand how agents work and how to make them work better
