Engineering Manager Authentication & Authorization

About the role

We're looking for an Engineering Manager who thrives in Authentication/Authorisation-focused environments, loves taking end-to-end ownership of products or components, and can lead a team to deliver high-impact solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Own the full lifecycle of a product or component - from design and development to deployment and optimization.
• Shape the technical roadmap alongside product and design teams.
• Influence architecture and processes to ensure scalability, quality, and maintainability.

What you'll need

• Experience as an individual contributor for a significant part of career, being able to reason about systems and integrations on the level of an experienced senior engineer.
• 3+ years engineering teams (20+ engineers total).
• Experience with microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure, and integration patterns.
• Track record of scaling teams and processes in high-growth environments.
• Strong planning and execution skills with focus on business impact over technical novelty.
• Experience translating complex business objectives into actionable technical initiatives.
• Fluent in English.
