Act as the MD's partner and operational backbone for Enpal's C&I business unit. You'll track all key initiatives across department heads, funnel information, prepare decisions, and ensure accountability to the business plan.
What you'll do
- Own the internal cadence — run weekly check-ins with department leads, track KPIs, flag deviations, and drive cross-functional alignment across the ~65 FTE unit
- Represent Enpal C&I externally — drive partnerships, manage key client relationships, and own marketing & communications for the business unit
- Lead contract reviews and commercial negotiations alongside the Director of Sales
- Support fundraising efforts and investor communications together with the MD
What you'll need
- 5+ years in a top-tier, fast-paced environment (management consulting, investment banking, high-growth scale-up, or a combination), with a track record of owning outcomes and broad exposure early on
- Strong analytical and structuring skills — ability to quickly digest complex business situations, synthesize across teams, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management — comfortable interacting daily with department heads, external partners, investors, and C-level executives; able to earn respect and drive alignment across senior profiles
- Strong commercial instinct and hands-on mentality — at ease negotiating contracts, reviewing deal terms, and following up relentlessly to ensure execution
- Fluent in German and English
