About the role
Join Raisin's Customer Service team as a Junior Customer Service Agent supporting Dutch-speaking customers with financial products via phone and email. You'll provide first-class customer experience focusing on service rather than sales, helping customers with account opening, investment processes, and basic tax inquiries.
What you'll do
- Become an expert on Raisin's products and processes as the main customer contact point
- Handle customer inquiries independently via phone and email using strong communication skills
- Collaborate closely with customer service colleagues and other Raisin departments
- Professionally manage inquiries about account opening, investment processes, and basic tax issues
- Contribute to positive customer experiences and satisfaction
- Develop and implement ideas for optimizing work processes
What you'll need
- Dutch at C2 level (written and spoken) with good command of English
- Interest in complex topics, modern finance and capital markets
- Ability to multitask under pressure while setting appropriate priorities
- Strong people skills and desire to help customers
- High work standards and ability to maintain overview in hectic situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, quick to learn new systems
